Happy Fall Equinox! The fall equinox is all about finding balance and manifesting abundance. Take some time this week to reflect, move, and release because YOU deserve it.
I’m super excited to teach my FIRST primal flow class this Thursday (5/27)!! This class helps to release blocked energy and awaken the masculine and feminine energy within all of us. It’s one of my favorite yoga practices, and I’m super stoked to have the opportunity to teach this class.
I also have my monthly yin/mantra class this upcoming Sunday (5/30) where I combine a yin/restorative practice with mantra practice and Kirtan( musical mantra practice) at the end. This is one of my favorite classes to teach because I get to combine my two favorite things- music AND yoga 🕉🎶
I also teach Chair yoga at the DISC every Tuesday/Thursday at 8 am! This class uses a chair to modify seated and standing yoga poses. This class is good for anyone who wants to try yoga but needs a little extra stability.
