Being a kid is tough work! Your body is growing and sometimes that can cause some discomfort. When dōTERRA was formulating their kids line they knew this to be true and that is where we get Rescuer. Rescuer Soothing Blend can be applied to legs, feet and back to soothe a busy body after a day full of activity. It will also reduce feelings of tension for growing arms and legs. 💪

Bonus: Parents! Rescuer is also great to roll along shoulders, neck and back for a comforting massage when you need a little pick-me-up!

One of the most utilized oils in our Kids Kit is Calmer. 💜

Calmer Restful Blend can instantly promote a relaxed environment so this is a good one to have on hand when tensions seem to be high for your little ones. Maybe they are nervous about a presentation at school or perhaps you told them no candy while in the Target checkout line. Whenever there is stress, there should be Calmer!

Seeing your little one sad can be hard for anyone to deal with. Supporting them through that sadness can be a bit easier with oils.

I like the talk-it-out approach (if they want to) and a bit of support from Console. 💜 Console is a great blend to diffuse when you are dealing with tough emotions or grief.

Drop 4-5 drops of Console in the diffuser. Snuggle up on the couch, and when they are ready to open up, listen.

The Brave blend was created to support belief in yourself as you begin each day. This is a blend of Wild Orange, Amyris, Osmanthus & Cinnamon essential oils combined with Fractionated coconut oil. It smells incredible.

Sometimes it can be hard to be positive! 🧡 Perhaps a child is feeling nervous about a school project, presentation or performance (maybe going to the dentist). Just apply Brave and the feelings of positivity will come through. Maybe add a daily affirmation as you roll it on.

Get the glow bonus: Dry Brushing. 💫

Dry brushing has been known to:

♥️ Reduce the appearance of skin blemishes, stretch marks, and cellulite
♥️ Increase drainage from the lymphatic system
♥️ Exfoiliate dead skin

It’s super simple to get started!

To dry brush, use a natural fiber brush with a long handle. For added benefits you can grab your Cypress, Grapefruit, or MetaPWR essential oil and drop a few drops on the brush before you begin.

Simple Steps:
1️⃣ Start at your feet and move up your body.
2️⃣ Brush your skin using wide, circular, clockwise motions.
3️⃣ Use light pressure in areas where your skin is thin and harder pressure on thicker skin, like the soles of your feet.
4️⃣ Brush your arms after you have brushed your feet, legs, and mid-section. You should brush upward towards your armpits.
5️⃣ After dry brushing, take a cool shower to help remove the dry skin.
6️⃣ After your shower, dry off and then consider adding dōTERRA Spa lotion or Body Butter.

For the love of oils...

I am a stay at home mom of two beautiful girls, and one massive dog. My journey with doTERRA began in March 2016 after attending my first class. I was hooked when I heard about mood management, oils to combat the dreaded hair loss after having a baby, and natural ways to help my daughter get a better quality of sleep.
