Some of you may remember that six years ago when my dad died, I was sitting by the pool and a friend was doing energy work on me when I saw somebody walking up the path to the house. It was my college roommate, Mandy, who married a Spanish man and lives in France. She is not on social media so I lost track of her for years. She was literally walking to me in the moment I needed her the most!! It was unbelievable. Today I spent the day at Hampton Beach with her and her family, and she told me that when they got to the cottage and opened up the drawer, there was a bumper sticker inside that her daughter had drawn in 2019! It was a competition and hers was one of many that was chosen, but Mandy couldn’t believe that it was in the drawer at a cottage they had never been to! I love that stuff. Synchronicity means you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

Oh my goodness, you have no idea how good it feels to be back doing readings! This recovery has been the most humbling experience of my life. I am so grateful for the love and support I’ve been shown. I’m still a little grumpy so I haven’t recorded any podcast yet, but when I do, holy smokes! I have so much to share with you.

My recovery has been fascinating. I told the doctor yesterday at my follow up visit that I felt like I’ve been in labor for a week and now that the worst of the pain is thank God behind me my only job is to lay low and recover. I’m still in a sling for another week and then i start physical therapy. sling will be as needed for when my arm is tired. It never dawned on me to put a TV in the room I’m healing in and my son couldn’t wrap his head around that! Turns out I have a party in my head all the time and it’s been leading me down some fascinating roads. I’m still trying to verbalize or put together everything I want to share with you but it’s so big. I think it’s gonna be a series of podcasts, including some of the other players that have been holding space for me through all of this. I had some visions that have been trying to understand, and I just shared a link with a friend who described a goddess in super detail. This is who she saw. I will attach the poem that I had sent her that inspired the vision of this goddess in the comments.

Oh my goodness this has been an adventure. I’m checking in because my brain is clear as a result of me having a reaction to opiates. So I am riding this wave on Tylenol and ibuprofen with my wife doing a magnificent job of managing my care and just handing me pills and water and tending to my every need which is amazing. I ended up in the emergency room Wednesday night after hallucinating and having the most bizarre experiences that I’m now realizing we’re really me deciding to stay or go. I’m here and I cannot wait to share with you some of the parts of this experience. One of the things that’s been playing on repeat in my head is I am every woman by Whitney Houston. I recommend blasting it and reminding yourself that you have all that you ever need to know within you.  after I recover, I’m going to share with you how I know that to be true. Happy Independence Day, my friends.

Psssst. I made it! I have a nerve block so I figured I would let you all know that I appreciate all of the messages and prayers of support! Turns out when you’re a lot of pain you don’t really get high from pain meds, but I’m so grateful for them because the only thing I’m feeling is my bicep and it’s on fire. Which is fair. They did cut it and drilled it into a bone in a different location. Also, the staff at Speare Hospital in Plymouth is just lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with them pre-loopy meds!
