It’s an 80/20 balance. There are some things we can’t control all the time and food is one of them — when you eat out, vacation, visit family don’t stress about what you eat.

The stress of ingredients and “non toxic organic” everything can do more harm than the food itself. It’s a negative mindset.

A constant fear of bad food puts your body into fight or flight — a sympathetic danger response. The nervous system needs to feel safe to eat whatever you have available.
