🍂🦃 Embrace the Thanksgiving spirit with this delightful Pumpkin Pie with Almond Flour Crust! 🥧🍁

1️⃣ Ingredients:
🎃 2 cups of fresh pumpkin puree
🍯 1/2 cup of honey
🥚 2 eggs
🥥 1/2 cup of coconut milk
🥄 1 tsp of cinnamon
🌰 1/2 cup of almond flour
🧈 2 tbsp of melted butter
🌰 1/4 cup of chopped almonds
🥄 A pinch of salt

2️⃣ Instructions:
🥧 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
🎃 In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, honey, eggs, coconut milk, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.

3️⃣ For the Almond Flour Crust:
🌰 In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, melted butter, chopped almonds, and a pinch of salt. Mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.
🥧 Press the almond flour mixture into a pie dish, creating an even crust.
