Weather Reminder.......Paula's policy is that if school is cancelled, she is cancelled! The office will call or message you to reschedule or discuss if virtual appointments are available. Please stay safe!!

Effective immediately, we have a new policy regarding first time appointments. A $50 deposit will be required which is refundable when you show up for your appointment. Sorry for any inconvenience, but we have had a high volume of people who are not showing up for their appointments.
*Also, a reminder that you will be billed if you are a regular client who does not show up for a scheduled appointment!

Once again, I would like to remind everyone to check their schedules and make sure you remember when you have an appointment. We do not send out reminders because we have a very small staff. Summer is a busy time, it is easy to overlook your appointments. If you have made an appointment and don't feel you can keep it, please all the office and we would be happy to change it for you, which allows us to fill the spot. You can also text our number at 563-349-4673 and leave us a message. Thank you and have a wonderful summer!

Just a quick reminder that we do NOT send out reminder texts or phone calls to remind you of your appointment. We do not have the staff or the time to do this and require you to remember the appointments that you have scheduled. We do have appointment cards that you can request with all the written information of your time and date for upcoming appointments.

Tomorrow, March 2nd, Please join us in remembering a good friend of Liberty Counseling, Erica. She loved pink donuts with sprinkles and spread so much joy to everyone she met! We will be having pink sprinkled donuts tomorrow for our scheduled clients in our Bettendorf office to honor her! If you are not on the schedule for tomorrow with Paula, Matt or Kayla, we encourage you to treat yourself to a pink sprinkle donut from your favorite donut shop and think of Erica and spread moments of joy. 🥰
