As we near the end of 2025 Chat4Chad would like to thank our incredible community for the support you continue to show and the life changing impact it is having.

Through powerful partnerships we are seeing change in how we think about and view our mental health. As a community we have come together and started making conversations around our mental health ok and normal, and something that we are not ashamed of or embarrassed by. We still have so much work to do, but we’re moving in the right direction, a direction that provides hope for those who are struggling.

Through tremendous pain, we have found positivity and purpose. We have found more love and support than we could have ever imagined and we are forever grateful. Moving forward, we will use this positive energy to keep the conversations going and ensure that everyone is heard. It’s a big task, but as a community we can do it!

On behalf of Chat4Chad and the Ringler family, thank you for showing us so much love and support. We are just getting started and are more motivated and passionate than ever. We will continue working hard to honour Chad and to ensure we all have brighter days ahead!

I recently had the honour of speaking at the DeFazio Taylor Health & Safety Labour Seminar in downtown Toronto.

It was an incredible experience, one that I am very grateful for. Chat4Chad was founded in North Bay but our message is universal, a message of hope and positivity when we make talking ok and normal.

These conversations are never easy, but the outcomes can be life changing. When we share, we create a safe space for others to share as well, that is the power of conversation.

We all have the ability to help, so let’s keep chatting, EARLY, OFTEN, NOW!

In partnership with the North Bay Battalion, Chat4Chad was excited to hand out our new Battalion styled C4C hats!

You’ll see the Troops wearing them around town in support of Chat4Chad. You can get yours at the Battalion retail store with 100% of the proceeds going right back into our community to support mental health.

That means even more local kids can pack their bags for YMCA Day Camps or John Island Overnight Camp where they’ll make friends, learn new skills, and belong. ☀️

This incredible new program will support students with mental health challenges and provide them with the assistance and resources necessary to be successful!

The Foundation extends its gratitude to Wade Ringler and Chat4Chad for their generous donation of $25,400 in support of the "I Can Thrive" program at Canadore College. The "I Can Thrive" initiative is designed to empower students facing mental health challenges by providing a supportive, inclusive and holistic framework. This program aims to reduce isolation, build resilience and foster community connections through personalized interactions, educational workshops, mentorship and wellness activities.
