🌟Update for QHHT Sessions! 🌟

I’ve received lots of inquiries about weekend availability for my QHHT sessions, and I wanted to update you!

✨ My working days will be Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, but I will be offering a limited amount of weekend sessions once I’ve completed my initial 25 sessions and received the guidelines on charging. If you’re interested in booking a weekend session, please let me know! I’ll reach out to you as soon as I have the details on pricing and availability.

NO FILTERS! 🌿✨ This morning at Cannock Chase, I had the most incredible experience... I encountered what I can only describe as magical elemental orbs! 🌌 These shimmering spheres of light seemed to connect with the energy of the forest. One of them even had a face!

I felt a sense of peace and balance, like the orbs were sending themselves as a reminder that nature’s energy is always here to support and restore us if we just take a moment to tune in. 🌱💖

This retreat is all about letting go of what doesn’t serve us. Take some time to pause and think about what do you that actually brings you joy and what you do because you feel you should, can you let go of anything and lesson the load?

The retreat will include Postnatal Yoga to release stress and calm the mind followed by refreshments and mindfulness activities whilst starting conversations around what overwhelms us and what we need to let go of. The retreat will end with a wonderful energy healing from Stavrini HEAL. You will leave the session feeling lighter and rested.

The Retreat is on Saturday 25th Jan 13:00 - 16:00 at the gorgeous art of Blackbrook barns! It costs £45 including refreshments, just bring water and wear comfy clothes.

Ok guys, it’s official! I need to practise on 25 people before I can start charging and proceed to level 2. These sessions are usually hundreds of pounds but I am offering 25 FREE SESSIONS. QHHT is said to give you answers to things going on in your life and completely heal physical issues (believe me, I’ve seen it!) If you’re interested these sessions can take up to 4 hours. Drop me a message and we can begin! 💓
