You’re in the home stretch! The third trimester is all about preparing your body for birth and recovery while supporting your baby’s final growth spurt.

✨ Omega-3s– supports baby’s brain + eye development

✨ Fiber – helps ease constipation (so common at this stage!)

Nutrition before pregnancy matters more than most people realize. Building nutrient stores before conception can support fertility, early development, and your own energy for the journey ahead.

Key nutrients to focus on in this phase:
Folate – supports early brain + spinal cord development
Iron – prepares your body for increased needs in pregnancy
Omega-3s – support egg health + reduce inflammation

One of my favorite simple meals for preconception?
A hearty lentil + spinach salad with avocado + pumpkin seeds.
(Bonus: add wild-caught salmon for extra omega-3s!)

First up… we welcomed a beautiful baby BOY into our family 💙👶 and it’s been the most tender, transformative season.
Second… I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes building something very close to my heart.
