Congratulations to Dr. Kim Moeller and Dr. Vanessa Boateng on presenting at GME’s Learn, Engage, Advocate and Deliver program (LEAD)! Dr. Moeller presented on “Improving communication in cardiovascular disease: addressing health literacy and language barriers”. Dr. Boateng’s presentation was on “What’s in a name? Experiences and strategies for names and their pronunciations with OSUWMC”. Great work! 👏🏽👏🏽

Congratulations Saron and Gina! Each on a global health elective, Saron travelled to Ethiopia working at Black Lion Hospital in the emergency department. Gina travelled with Buckeyes Without Borders to Honduras this past spring. Both have a passion for global health and providing healthcare to populations in need. 🌎❤️
