My children and I spent much of December in bed with really high fevers, we didn't eat and had dreadful coughs. As one would get out of bed, the next would be struck down and it took SO long to fully recover.

"We don't get sick like this!" I thought and I had to go deep into my practices to get us fully back on track. Of course I used BodyTalk but lymphatic massage proved to be an absolute super star in helping us get better and teachings from my shamanic training also really helped to shift things.

Fevers, coughs and flus seem to be everywhere right now and recovery long. Which is why it feels right to offer some seasonal support. I'm excited to offer a package of three sessions incorporating the practices I've found so effective: one focused on the body, one on the spirit and one on the mind.

The three sessions act like three phases; separation from the old, a transition and integration into the new. I will also provide you with some at home practices to help as well as some recommendations to support you along the way.
