بستن فضای بین دندانی دندانهای جلو فک بالا با کامپوزیت . در این تکنیک ابتدا جراحی لثه انجام شده بعد از ترمیم ناحیه حدودا ۲ ماه بعد اقدام به بستن فضا شد.
