It’s heating up this week — don’t let dehydration sneak up on you! 🫧
When it’s hot, we lose more fluids (and electrolytes!) just going about our day. Of course, drink your water — but remember you can hydrate in other ways too:
🍉 Snack on water-rich fruits like watermelon, berries & oranges
🥒 Add cucumbers, celery & leafy greens to your meals
🧂 Replenish electrolytes if you’re sweating a lot — coconut water, a pinch of sea salt in your water, or an electrolyte drink can help (I would love to chat with you about the electrolyte drink we hqve been loving this year!)
Listen to your body — thirst, fatigue & headaches are signs you may be running low.
