What if you could delay or even prevent rheumatoid arthritis? A new study suggests those at risk may have more control than they think. Researchers found that an increase in certain gut bacteria could signal the development of RA, happening up to 10 months before diagnosis. This opens up potential for early intervention and prevention. 👉
