on December 18, 2025, a significant scientific conference entitled “Professor Yamano’s Spine Day” was held at the 300-Bed Police Hospital in Kabul, organized through the initiative of the Afghanistan Society of Neurosurgeons and the Orthopedic and Traumatology Society.

The conference featured scientific papers, academic presentations, and the latest clinical updates delivered by distinguished national and international professors, senior scholars, and specialists in the field of spinal surgery. Participants benefited from contemporary scientific knowledge, advanced clinical expertise, and evidence-based medical insights.
