It’s been so long since I introduced myself. I wanted to take a minute to re-introduce myself and my work 💕

Hey ☺️ I’m Beth Alexander, I also go by ElizaBeth. I’m a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Reiki Master & Energy Medicine Practitioner with 2 degrees, 17+ certifications and 15+ years of experience including training celebrities, working at 5-star resorts, and creating online fitness programs that have sold over 100,000 copies

Mostly, I am passionate about helping people to live joyful and healthy lives 💫 I believe that connecting to the body helps us get and be there, and I love taking an embodied, holistic and integrative approach.

I run an online private practice where I work one-on-one with clients via Zoom.
✅ With personal training clients, we work on an on-going basis through individualized workouts to meet their health and fitness needs/goals
🍎 I coach small groups of people in creating behavior changes, and our next cohort starts on 2/21 (link in bio to apply! ⚡️)
🌝 With energy healing clients, I offer one-off sessions to support your energetic hygiene and balance—these sessions are designed to support people in feeling more connected to their unique energy, and each session includes an integrative plan with somatic skills to practice on your own

Motivation comes and goes. This is normal. Use motivation to jumpstart the routines you want to create for yourself.

Then focus on building habits! 🥳
