Being nice isn’t a bad thing—it’s important to be kind. But without honesty, kindness becomes manipulation.
It’s time to reshape what it means to be a “nice guy.” It’s not about being agreeable at all costs. It’s about being real. If something bothers you, speak up. If you feel disrespected, say so. You don’t have to agree with everyone—disagreements help you grow.
