Be Kind To Your Mind Fostering wellness, growth & empowering individuals to conquer barriers, fears & achieve their goals. I like reading, watching films, walking and Yoga.

I’m Kerri Roberson, I am 38 and live in a beautiful little village in the countryside with my husband and 3 children. I love to spend time with my family and friends, having fun and making memories. I love spending family holidays away in the caravan, our favourite place to visit is up the Northwest Coast of Scotland where we love to spend time at the beach, going on walks and sitting outside the caravan enjoying the wonderful nature and scenery that surrounds us. I have set out on this adventure as a Wellbeing Practitioner after working with my local authority within Angus for the last 21 years. I am passionate about my role as an officer and am truly grateful that I have been able to help and assist many wonderful people over my time within my role. I have gained an incredible amount of experience and knowledge over the years and have networked with many different agencies in order to give the best service the client's deserve. I thrive to keep expanding my knowledge and over the last 4years have expanded this in other areas which has led me onto this new chapter of my life which I am truly excited, nervous and passionate about. I have overcome many different areas in my life where I never thought was possible, I lacked self-worth, esteem and confidence amongst other things but have managed to overcome these by wanting to make a change and being accountable/showing up for myself and would love to help many others do the same. I am hoping on my new journey as a Wellbeing Practitioner, that I can try help people see their true potential, by many means including, helping them break any barriers they have that’s holding them back, helping make positive changes to change any challenging belief systems, help remove any triggers and negative self-talk and much more. We will work together using different techniques, this may include Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Thought Field Therapy/Emotional Freedom Technique (TFT/EFT), Meditation and much more, we will set goals and work together to get you to where you are looking to be. Each session is down to what you want to focus on whether that is working on setting goals and learning new skills or overcoming fears, anxieties, building confidence/self-esteem, working on self-love and gratitude, yoga, meditation/breath work. It is entirely up to you and what you need out of the session at the time we meet.
