About Us
We are a pair of siblings who want to take the responsibility of your mental, physical and social health. With you, we hope to be able to help the nation by reaching out to each person and bring a health reform that our society needs.
It started when our father was struggling with anxiety issues, and we felt helpless. The idea of a psychiatrist and counselling was so stigmatised that our mother stayed sleepless worrying he would have to take lifelong pills to sleep. It was then that we realised how horrible things are in our society. We too have faced depression and anxiety issues, and as individuals, we dealt with it on our own. One of us took some counselling and help, but could never talk about it until later. We found some help for our loved ones and then decided to talk about things openly.

This is our story, this is what drives us to bring the change. And we have decided to help, even if we have decimal chances to do so. Through our blogs and articles, we want you to realise that in this journey you aren’t alone. We are there for you. We want you to know that things like this trouble and only the one going through it understands the real pain but knowing that there are people who do feel this way, will give you the power to help yourself more.

Everything on our website is free of cost. We share because we care. And we want you to read, relate and spread the word because a lot of people don’t understand what is happening. Mental ailment blurs the thought process and disturbs the overall understanding of a person. A lot of them feel scared. And this is where reading and explaining will help.
What we also realised was that Indian families follow a typical pattern. Our families beliefs are rooted in turmeric and milk and tulsi and things beyond. Thus we try to serve our treatment plans directly from the Indian kitchen.
We wish to sensitise our society and keeping that in view we want to bring in more NGOs and other platforms on our page to help you. Soon, we are hoping to be able to bring our content in different Indian languages so that you and your family feel more connected. The two of us are also hoping to cater to the needs of various age groups of Indian society when it comes to mental, physical and overall health. And we promise we are working towards it.

Our family is very optimistic about our this initiative and with your help, we will be able to reach out to many more such families and people who need this. Our dream is to be able to breathe in a more sensitive, loving and caring nation. And the change starts with us.
Love,
Team Copperpodd
