⚡️ this is me...⚡️
In honor of the end of 2020 upcoming but the now 300k of your I feel honored to get to connect with daily, allow me to reintroduce myself:
1️⃣: It’s been a long road to where I am now- from working in tech and content after graduating USC with a film degree and before that, spending years focusing on acting and dance— storytelling and wanting to change the world and empower through those means is in my blood.
2️⃣: I have faced some epic fights— the most important one, for myself. I was diagnosed with OCD at 11 and Generalized Anxiety and Major Depressive Disorder at 20. It’s been a hell of a challenge but my greatest daily fight that has taught me my value and to align with my higher purpose. It’s good days and bad, but I refuse to be knocked out. ⚡️
3️⃣ WEST COAST VIBES: I’m from California abs by that I mean I consider to my home. While in nyc for now, there is something about the balance between the ocean, the climate and the energy being in a coastal community by water that feels like home. Whether California; Central America, the Italian Coast or a place (the many) I have yet to explore, the closer I am to *source* (the earth, water, air and fire) the closer I feel to how I am meant to connect while I am here.
4️⃣: I’m on a mission: not to ever CHANGE you, but to remind and help facilitate you to know your worth, to know you are ready, that this life can knock you down but I can never knock you out (unless you allow it to). And whether it’s through fitness, though discussing mental health, to taking you on adventures and elevating stories that matter or creating content and other entities that help remind you of just that...I’m here for it.
There’s a LOT to come this upcoming year. There’s work to do, there’s inspiration to be discovered, their purpose to be uncovered and there’s power that was always within you from the start. Let’s STAY IN THE FIGHT together.
