Let’s discuss about The artery supply of abdomen😊
Abdominal aorta the main blood vessel o the abdoninal cavity
origin:anterior to the T12
ends : atL4 where it bifurcate Into common illiack artery..
now ,quesrious mind want to know how can we find this bifarcation land mark???🤔
in anterior aspect it is 2.5cm downward from the umbilicus or if we want to mark it by the bony prominence the highest point of the illiack crest
its it interesting😊

now im discussing the unpaired branches of the abdominal aorta
unpaired branches: 4 branches

1.coeliack trunk:
arise from:upper border of the L1 vertebra
supply: Foregut organ

2.superiormesentric artery:
Origin:lowe border of L1 vertebra
supply : midgut

3.inferior mesentric artery:
Origin: L3 vertebra
supply: hindgut

4.median sacral artery

now may have query what are the foregut ,midgut
hindgut organs🤔..
