The home is decorated and personalized; it takes on the soul of the people who live there and becomes the mirror of their spirit.

There are secret pathways to pleasure and deep embodiment hidden within every woman’s body... and most of us were never taught how to find them.

Deep inside, your body holds layers of arousal and aliveness — not just in one spot, but through an entire network of pleasure portals, energy centers, and sacred sites.
When you learn to awaken these areas with awareness and love, everything changes:

I felt nothing inside..
My first Yoni Egg experience was not what you think it was… About 10 years ago, I was attending a beautiful two day ceremony for the Womb. We got saged before entering the space, drummed into the ceremony, and at that time all seemed juuuust a little over the top. (Who can blame me, I was at the very beginning of my journey - now give me all the sage and all the drums!)

After a powerful movement, some weird ‘screaming’ ceremony I was strangely feeling good. Starting to connect to the voice of my womb (who even knew we had one). At the end of the first day I headed down to the little hippy market. In one of the crystal stands I saw THE EGGS. I had no idea what they were, where we needed to put them, and how exactly a piece of crystal was going to help me become more or****ic. Of course I bought it!

And let me tell you… it wasn’t great! 😃 The egg was drilled incorrectly (which I didn’t know at the time), so I struggled with the floss and cleaning it, the crystal felt really big, and had zero connection to it. Ah yes, let’s not forget the time when it got ‘stuck’ and I had to ask mama ‘Google’ for help! I looked at the poor egg, and safely put it back to the drawer where it continued to gather dust.
About a year passed and my paths were crossed with the incredible Taoist master. And the Eggs resurfaced into my life again. I invested in the study of this practice: it’s history, deeper meaning, correct using techniques, preparation of the body, and how it actually helps me to be more or****ic. This time was different. I purchased a nephrite jade (still may favourite) certified egg, got INITIATED into the practice, I was READY! And since then I never looked back.
So if you have tried the egg once and didn't feel anything, don't give up just yet. Yoni egg is one of the most Sacred practices I have ever tried. But stepping into this Sacredness has to be done right. It is your body that you're trying to connect to afterall. It is worth all the time, care and ritual.

There was a time when I didn’t even realize how disconnected I was from my body. I was doing all the right things—working hard, showing up, keeping it all together—but something felt... off. Like I was living from the neck up, managing my body instead of actually being in it.

It wasn’t until I started moving differently, feeling differently, unlearning all the ways I had been taught to stay small, quiet, and "appropriate" that something shifted. And I see this in so many women I work with—this deep yearning to come back to themselves, to something wilder, more instinctual, more alive.

What does the feminine mean to you?

Perhaps it’s flowy dresses and soft smiles. A daisy tucked in your hair. A hint of perfume lingering in the air. The warmth of a freshly baked cake. Or maybe it’s the creative spark igniting through crafts, art, or shared moments in women’s circles.

But could she also be jealousy? Anger. Fierce rage. Overwhelming frustration. Lethargy. Disconnection. Shame. Guilt. Deep, aching pain. Helplessness.

And then—boundless laughter, radiant joy, and a heart overflowing with love.

Maybe she’s also bitterness curling in like a shadow. Resentment taking root. Fear hardening the edges of your soul...until the feminine softens once more, surrendering to her natural flow.

She is all these things and more—vast, dynamic, and endlessly expressive, just like Mother Nature herself. She is the storm and the stillness, the chaos and the calm. And so are you.

✧ In the creation of the Life Temple, we turn inwards. The body comes first.
(Do you know and honour the cycles your body goes through each month and each day?)

✧ Alignment comes first.
(Do your words and actions reflect the values that are most important to you?)

✧ Relationships come first.
(Are you deepening your connections through vulnerability, honesty, and love?)

✧ Care comes first.
(How do you talk to yourself? Do you know that every thought you think is impacting the reality you manifest?)

✧ Love comes first.
(Love must lead. All we have to do is get out of Love’s way).

Everything has its place in this Temple: relationships, business, finances, s&xuality, art, study, social life, emotional and mental well-being… All of these aspects are deemed sacred. It is simply about who you are now, as you continue to create the Temple of life.
