Did you know that 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated? Dehydration is the most common preventable medical conditions in the world yet we still don’t drink enough!

Why? Because we are busy and it’s hard to remember to refill your bottle 5x+ a day on top of everything else we need to do.

That’s why we are doing a FREE 5 day water challenge. It’s super simple.

RULES: Drink a minimum of half your body weight UP TO up your ful body weight, in ounces. So if you way 150 lbs, drink a minimum of 75 ounces to 150 ounces. The key is you don’t want to over do it. If you’re p*e is pale yellow and oderless, you’re in the clear. Drinking too much water can misbalance your electrolytes so listen to your body!

It is recommended consuming no more than 300 mg of dietary cholesterol per day. Harmful saturated fats, trans fats and added sugars should also be limited from the diet. 😣
