Good morning! Finally home. Scans done and waiting for results. Btw if I haven’t responded to your messages I apologize, I have been incredibly busy and this morning took some time to sleep in.

Good morning! Asking for prayers for Wade. He’s not been doing well lately and we found out yesterday why. His adrenal gland has been damaged from the immunotherapy infusions he takes. In the last few weeks he’s lost almost 30 lbs, he constantly wants to sleep as he’s so wore out, he’s so confused he’s begun to make no sense quite often when he speaks, he forgets what he’s saying while he’s saying it and he’s had horrible hiccups again day and night. The dr started him on steroids yesterday to hopefully help the adrenal gland and if it helps he’ll be on then for the rest of his life. Today he gets another pet scan to check the status of his cancer and in a few days they will scan his brain again. Not the news we hoped for but we know God has a plan. Please flood the gates of heaven with prayer for my husband. He doesn’t fully understand what’s going on but what he does understand, he’s scared and understandably so. I will update as more tests come back.

Good morning! Been a while for an update. Wades doing great! We are in Morgantown for a few days, for some tests for the both of us. Taking the time away from the hustle and bustle of life enjoy each other and talk. I am so grateful for these precious moments. Have a beautiful day

Great news today! Scan came back and new growth has stopped and no new cancer detected! God is so good and we are so blessed! Thank you Warriors for all the prayers and love since day 1

Dr says most likely chest wall related pain from cancer rather than heart related but gave him the option to stay in hospital tonight for a stress test tomorrow. At this hour he just wants to go home. Thank you for all the prayers. It’s been a long night.

Well, more bloodwork and sending him for a ct scan. Dr says he’ll let us know something when the scan comes back.

Asking for prayers please. Brought Wade to the emergency room, pain in his chest and he says it feels hard to breathe. Running tests and waiting.

Infusion Day! Trying to keep the focus on how blessed we are. No matter how tough times can be, there are always better days ahead. Just be patient, God is in charge and always at work.

We have great news! The newest cancer that showed on last scans has temporarily stopped growing! That still sounds scary but the news could have been so much worse. It’s still there, in several places, but hasn’t changed in size at all since last scan. We will take that as a win! Thank you God for a calm in the storm
