The black cables are there for you for balance and support, while also giving you an added upper body bonus with moves like a row!
Keeping tension on the black cables will allow you to find and hold your center, keeping you securely in place while standing on the Megaformer.

What an honor to have and in class with me at !
Pony and Logan are two incredible Taipei based-globetrotting EDM/Trance loving instructors!!!
I was lucky to meet Pony & Logan exactly 4 years ago this week when I had the wonderful experience of guest teaching at megacore.tw while in Taipei taking care of my dad recovering from bypass surgery.
