You decide you're going to get organized with your snacks... and then you open Pinterest and are immediately flooded with 50 different "healthy energy bite" recipes. The result? Total overwhelm, and you end up doing nothing.

The secret to actually starting and sticking with a healthy habit is to make it incredibly simple.

Variety is NOT your friend when you're first building a routine. Reducing your options is what eliminates the decision fatigue that leads to grabbing junk food.

As I explain in this clip, just start with 2-3 pantry items and 2-3 fridge items. That's it. You can build from there, but this is the foundation for success.

My Story

Hi, I am Morgan Ekovich!

Seven years ago, I decided to train for my first half marathon and 25k. During this time cross-training and weightlifting became very important when running that many miles. I fell in love not just with running, but with weight training as well! I started off teaching group fitness classes at a handful of places in Lansing and Mount Pleasant, Michigan.

Come spring 2019, I graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science: Health Fitness. After graduating I took my ACSM-CPT exam and started working at the University Club of Michigan State University. When working at the University Club as a personal trainer I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from the age of 21 to the age of 84. Anyone from active runners to mothers, working executives, and even those who have had strokes and hip replacements.

I love my job! Fitness, health, and nutrition are what I do and what I love to do. I am passionate about encouraging and assisting anyone who is looking to become healthier and feel their absolute best.
