The secret to actually starting and sticking with a healthy habit is to make it incredibly simple.
Variety is NOT your friend when you're first building a routine. Reducing your options is what eliminates the decision fatigue that leads to grabbing junk food.
As I explain in this clip, just start with 2-3 pantry items and 2-3 fridge items. That's it. You can build from there, but this is the foundation for success.
