Yes you need to eat clean, but don’t get it twisted you also have to train them.. they’re a muscle like any other 🤷🏾 if you want them to really pop, you’ll have to put in work!

How often do you train your legs❓

Are you “no leg guy” / girl❓

Training legs regularly is great for improving your athletic performance and general aesthetic.
It can also help in everyday life; picking up heavy boxes will seem easier for example, digging out endless amounts of snow will also seem less back breaking.
Don’t forget leg exercises can help burn calories and improve fat loss. And as you get older, strong legs and hips will give you better stability and balance, reducing the risk of falls and sprains.

Now go get it, and go hard 💪🏾

Win or lose, show up!

I always set goals for myself, and truth be told I don’t always crush them. Life gets in the way, unexpected things come up, and some days I just don’t have the juice. But looking back at my general progress, it’s always a positive curve.
I do my best and I get to it. Like I told my girl yesterday, I’m a doer.
My first love was music and I did songs with legit Canadian legends, with no backing, indy af. My first career was in the black beauty industry and I rubbed shoulders with some of the biggest ceos of that field. As a fitness trainer, my career started late but I made a solid name for myself, and most of my work days start early and finish late.

Be a doer, show up, make it happen. Don’t worry about the destination, just get to it and keep going 🙏🏽

The 3rd pic is me in NYC around 02’. I moved to the states with a few dollars, my passport and crashed on my cousin couch on and off for 6 years. A lot of uncertainty and instability, but one thing I always had over the course of 6 years was a gym membership

I’m so used to training alone that I rarely look for a spot. Most of my training sessions are done between clients, and I often train at off hours when the gym is completely empty.
Over the years I’ve learned to protect myself, I typically don’t go for x1 rep max and I rarely lift super heavy.
This holiday season tho🎄I decided to use the extra cals and do a mini bulk, challenge myself a bit more..

I totally conked out at 115, but 110lbs x5 is still PR af

PS: said that “foot fit” is WILD 👎🏾 Thoughts?
