How's your nervous system state after receiving those emergency alerts? Especially for the highly sensitive souls out there.
And if you're curious some somatic based coaching questions for you.
Can you identify what feelings arose if you had a reaction to the alert? If fear for example - firstly Where do you notice those feelings in your body?
Does this feeling have a size, colour or shape?
Do you notice it feels deep within you or more towards the surface?
Then another question.
Have you come back into regulation? Or is there a sense of stuckness in a fight/flight/freeze response? 👇🏽
