Still buzzing from all the creativity and talent at Artist Project 2025!

With over 250 artists in one space, the energy was electric. Grateful to have met so many incredible creatives—especially these inspiring artists, Daniella Williams, Yomi and Adetona Omokanye. It was lovely to see artist Miyakah Emon again too.

Looking forward to collaborating and featuring new voices in upcoming exhibits. Stay tuned!

Discovering Art in the Open: Burlington Waterfront Sculpture Trail - I did the walkabout this evening and loved it 😍 (BWST), a unique fusion of natural beauty and artistic expression that has captivated visitors for 3 seasons now.

The BWST is more than just a walk; it is a journey through the imagination of talented artists from across the country. Sponsored by the Dan Lawrie International Sculpture Collection (DLISC), this initiative brings together the best of public art in a setting that’s free and accessible. 😃

A Celebration of Public Art - The BWST is a testament to the power of public art, this sculpture trail removes the barriers that often separate people from art. By placing sculptures in public spaces the trail invites everyone—regardless of age, background, or familiarity with art—to engage with and appreciate the creativity and craftsmanship of Canadian artists. Brilliant community initiative.❤️❤️❤️

🎨 Exploring the vibrant art scene in Vancouver with my 16-month-old granddaughter today! 🇨🇦 We dropped by the downtown art gallery and were amazed by the incredible work of Parviz Tanavoli, an artist hailing from Tehran. 🖼️✨

It's never too early to introduce the world of art to the little ones. Watching my granddaughter's wide-eyed wonder at the masterpieces was truly heartwarming. 🥰❤️

My Story

I’ve been told many times that my work reflects the path of a spiritual entrepreneur. As a Mentor, Music and MARI® Workshop Facilitator I help individuals transition through major life crisis opening new pathways for re-discovering their potential. MUSIC and MARI workshops are created for such self-discovery. Each workshop provides an experience to uplift and improve your health and well-being. The essence of my workshops focuses on the return to self-love. Recreational harp workshops and therapeutic harp are played for individuals, small groups, and those in long-term health care facilities. The benefits of live music provide life-enriching experiences, especially for people living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
