Good touch and Bad touch!

We all want our children to grow up happy, confident, and safe. As they begin to explore the world around them, it’s important that we gently teach them how to understand and respect their own boundaries, as well as those of others.

One of the most important lessons we can offer is helping them distinguish between “good touch” and “bad touch.” This doesn’t have to be a scary conversation—it can be a natural part of learning about personal safety, just like learning to look both ways before crossing the road.

Good touch is a way we show love and care—like a hug from family, a high-five from a teacher, or holding hands while crossing the street.
Bad touch, on the other hand, is any touch that makes a child feel uncomfortable, scared, or confused.

We encourage you to:
• Speak to children in age-appropriate, comforting language.
• Reassure them that their body belongs to them.
• Let them know it’s okay to say “NO” and to always speak up if something doesn’t feel right.
• Remind them they can always talk to a trusted adult if they ever feel unsure.

Together, by nurturing open and loving communication, we can help our children grow with confidence, knowing they are always safe, supported, and heard.

The Future of Education:
Beyond Homework and Chapters by Dr.Sir 👨‍⚕️

As we shape the next generation, it’s essential to rethink what truly means. While academics play a crucial role, modern education should go beyond textbooks to nurture well-rounded individuals.

Life , connection with nature, and survival abilities are becoming increasingly vital in a fast-changing world. Imagine a child who can:

• Cook a simple meal.
• Understand the basics of gardening or farming.
• Navigate nature and appreciate its beauty.
• Adapt to new challenges with resilience.

Yet, many parents often ask, “What homework does my child have?” or “How many chapters should they finish during the holidays?” While these questions are valid, they might overshadow a deeper concern: What life lessons are they learning?

Holidays, instead of being solely academic catch-up periods, should be also a blend of family bonding and skill-building. Here’s a balanced approach:

1. Family Time: Strengthen connections through shared activities like camping, cooking, or storytelling nights.

2. Skill Development: Encourage children to learn basic survival skills such as first aid, map reading, or even simple DIY projects.

3. Nature Exploration: Take them outdoors! Let them hike, plant trees, or even observe the stars. It builds curiosity and respect for the environment.

True education equips children for life, not just exams. Let’s help them become capable, empathetic, and nature-conscious individuals. After all, the greatest lessons are often learned outside the classroom.

Kashmir under the shade of !

In Kashmir's realm, where mountains rise,
A symbol of grace catches our eyes,
The Chinar tree, majestic and tall,
Beneath its shade, stories enthrall.

Leaves of crimson, like fires ablaze,
Whispering tales of ancient days,
Through seasons' dance, it proudly stands,
A symbol of hospitality in Kashmir's lands.

With branches reaching for azure skies,
It shelters dreams, where hope never dies,
In autumn's touch, it paints the scene,
A tapestry of gold, a vibrant dream.

Amidst the valleys, where rivers flow,
The Chinar tree's presence continues to grow,
Its roots deeply grounded in the soil,
A testament to Kashmir's enduring coil.

From Mughal gardens to village squares,
It weaves a story of love and cares,
A haven for poets, seekers of peace,
Under its canopy, anguish finds release.

Oh, Chinar and Kashmir, intertwined,
Nature's marvel, ever defined,
A symbol of strength, a timeless embrace,
In Kashmir's essence, its beauty we trace.

In the whispers of wind, a sacred song,
Chinar and Kashmir, forever belong,
