Both Easter Monday and the beginning of stress awareness month 🌼
Stress is one of the most common reasons that people give for overeating. It’s as if the stress itself is shoving food in our mouth. Of course, it’s not the stress but our reaction to it that’s the issue here. Using food to do a job it can never do – leastways not for very long.
Some tools for managing stress include getting enough rest, ensuring life has a good dollop of fun and joy, asking for help when it’s needed, and exercise are all good stress management tools –
