Virtual Wellness Consultant Offering virtual Ayurvedic Nutrition and Wellness Consultations, private and group yoga sessions, mi Health and wellness are my passion.

I have a unique background that brought me to where I am today. Originally a research scientist at a children’s hospital, my love of working with and helping others led me to become a science teacher. When faced with decisions on how to treat chronic Lyme disease I turned to holistic measures which brought about remission. I decided to study those methods further to help others in their journey to wellness. I genuinely love helping people and watching them transform from the inside out. I continually study alternative healing methods in order to share that knowledge, empowering others to take control of their own health. I learned the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection and have trained to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Meditation Educator, Reiki Master/Teacher and Sound Healing Therapist (using Tibetan Singing Bowls). In my free time, I enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer and can often be found hiking or biking on one of the many trails. I also enjoy homeschooling my children, reading and trying new recipes. I thank God every day for leading me down this path. If you have questions, let’s connect! Chair Yoga (45 Minutes) with Marie –

Chair yoga provides a safe and accessible way for anyone struggling with balance or movement, or simply looking for a gentler practice, to take full advantage of yoga’s amazing health benefits.

This 45 minute class focuses on mindful breathing, gentle vinyasa, balance, stretching and strengthening muscles and ends with a peaceful relaxation session (this class is perfect for seniors or prenatal moms!)

This is the first study to test mindfulness meditation against a psychiatric drug showing that it works just as well for anxiety. If you haven't tried it yet, there is no time like the present!



Mindfulness meditation worked as well as a standard drug for treating anxiety in the first head-to-head comparison. The study tested a widely used mindfulness program that includes 2 1/2 hours of classes weekly and 45 minutes of daily practice at home.

It's official! My Ayurvedic Practitioner Diploma finally arrived in the mail! I am incredibly thankful for having had the opportunity to study with amazing instructors, mentors, and students at Yoga Veda Institute.

Ayurveda is the "science of life" and the sister science of Yoga. It is a holistic healing system that integrates your mind, body and spirit. This holistic approach to health is a powerful tool to prevent illness and disease and creates longevity in a person’s life. If you are curious what Ayurveda can do for you, or want to learn more, please reach out!

Along with private sessions, I also offer small and large group workshops for Ayurveda, Yoga or Meditation.

I am currently furthering my knowledge in an Ayurvedic Practitioner program. In my free time, I enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer and can often be found hiking or biking on one of the many trails.
