During this gathering we will:
• 🌱 Plant seeds of intention for the month ahead
• 🧘‍♀️ Practice Moon Salutations to connect with the lunar cycle
• 🌙 Reflect on the meaning of the Pisces New Moon and how its energy may show up in your life
• 🌑 Celebrate the New Moon in Pisces

Each participant will also receive:
• A small intention pot to plant your personal seed of intention
• Information about this New Moon to take home
• Journaling prompts to help you continue the reflection and intention-setting process

This workshop is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, connect inward, and align yourself with the fresh energy this new moon brings.

✔ learned to make herbal mocktails with Kelley 🌿🍹
✔ laughed a lot
✔ and probably created several new herbal mixologists

Beautiful day today at Vitality Wellness Apothecary Market! I so enjoy opening up the world of beautiful flowers to people and I hosted such a fun group today. We tasted brews, talked, laughed and mixed our little herbalist hearts out to craft our own wellness potions. As promised, I've provided links in the comments on everything we talked about.
