Monday, Wednesday, Friday are for those looking to increase their love of exercise even if that love is more of a hate. Appropriate for those with a minimum fitness level of 45 minutes of walking. Tuesday and Thursday, we remove the cardio component to focus on improving core strength, helping to prevent bone and muscle loss as we age. Appropriate for all ages. All classes are open to all demographics and will provide variations for all skill levels.
