I'm so grateful to God for giving me the strength to get through another year of dialysis and chronic illness struggles. There were tough days, but I never gave up! Thank you to my family for their endless love and support, to my AMC Dialysis family, my kidney beans fam, and to SIDEMEN for always making me laugh. 🤭 thank you all for being part of my 2025!!

This is my fistula/dialysis access, and I'm not ashamed of it. I don't care if people stare or think it's "disgusting." This is what keeps me alive, It's my life support, If you don't like it, look away. I'm proud of it, and you should be proud of yours too fellow kidney bean! Be proud of all your warrior badges! 🫶✨

The grief from chronic illness can be so unpredictable. It comes in waves, a normal, non-linear experience where intense pain, sadness, or anger can surge unexpectedly, even on a seemingly "good" day. You're not alone in this. ✨

It's so frustrating when you're battling mood swings, exhaustion, and weird cravings, and people dismiss it by saying, "You look fine." I feel completely alone in my body. I don't want to be a burden, but sometimes I just need someone to acknowledge what I'm going through and be there with me. 🥺 Is that too much to ask? 🙏

Imagine normal tiredness is like a dead phone battery that recharges when you plug it in. Chronic fatigue is like a dead battery that WON'T charge, no matter how long you leave it plugged in. 🤯 It's a persistent exhaustion that seriously impacts daily life.🥹 The more you know! *wink* *wink*
