Sometimes, older dental work fails—or the appearance of surrounding teeth changes over time. When a single tooth begins to break down, it’s easy for both the patient and dentist to become focused on repairing just that one tooth.
At Smile Care, we take a different approach.
Dr. Ryan sees the bigger picture. He begins every case with a clear vision of the patient’s ideal end result, rather than simply patching a single problem. By designing a custom smile plan, Dr. Ryan creates solutions that enhance harmony, balance, and long-term aesthetics—helping patients avoid repeating the same cosmetic concerns down the road.
The photos shown here feature provisional (temporary) restorations created while the final restorations are being crafted. This “trial smile” phase allows us to fine-tune aesthetics, phonetics (speech), and function to ensure everything is just right. Dr. Ryan’s ability to create provisionals that closely resemble the final outcome is truly exceptional.
We can’t wait to share the completed cases and showcase these incredible transformations!

✨ 4-Hour Smile Transformation! ✨
This patient came in with severe generalized wear and decay, and we recommended opening her bite and rebuilding her teeth to their full, natural proportions.
Working within her budget, we chose high-quality milled resin restorations. After creating a detailed wax-up to map out the ideal result, we used advanced CAD/CAM technology to seamlessly transfer that design into her smile — all in just four hours.
Let’s just say her Christmas photos are going to look very different this year. 🎄😁
So happy for this lovely patient and her beautiful new smile!

Here’s a great case where we addressed significant tooth wear caused by severe grinding. The patient’s teeth had become very thin and were at risk of breaking.
Our long-term plan is to restore both the upper and lower arches, but here you can see the results after completing the upper arch first. We digitally designed the case and opened the bite to create the necessary space for proper restoration—something we highlighted in an earlier post.
Every crown in this case was designed and milled in-house, allowing us to complete the entire upper arch transformation in just 7 days.
