WHO AGREES, GUMBO TASTE BETTER THE NEXT DAY?

Since there's just Mrs. Cajun Keto Chef lash wife and I here in our household, we always have leftovers, so I used leftover chicken and andouille sausage gumbo that I had Frozen, and decided to level it up with seafood, lump crab meat shrimp and gumbo crab, I was going to add oysters but Rouses grocery didn't have any this morning, I added a quart of shrimp stock I made last week from the shrimp that I bought, added more frozen okra, of course I roasted them before I put them in there, and then roasted some cauliflower rice, please use fresh cauliflower do not use Frozen, this was a simple dish but was super delicious, and those of you that are using my keto Roux recipe, cook your roux with the Trinity and broth for at least 1 hour for no grainy bits, if it's still a little grainy cook it a little bit more it will definitely work its way out
