Let's be real for a moment...
Obesity is an outward sign of an inward issue. I'm speaking to the 2 billion people in the world who are now considered obese. Nearly 1/3 of the whole human race deals with obesity. This is an issue...a BIG ISSUE. Its an issue that I personally have dealt with my whole life. And though i've been successful in many other things in my life, this is one area, I have nev
er defeated...And though we don't all have the same problems, this journey is about recognizing your problem, reaching deep within yourself to find the answer to your own obesity issues. This process can be embarrassing, it can be exhausting and it can be very tough. But I firmly believe that it will be worth every ounce of energy put into this journey in discovering why you deal with your weight issue and how to conquer it. I don't want to live my life of regrets, just accepting that I am the way that I am, and let this sugar addiction rob my children of a mommy and my husband of a wife, my business from its owner & my ministry from its minister. I have felt that there has always been the real me trapped inside a fat suit. Like I wasn't representing the real me and how I really felt about me. This is not a journey to be "skinny", its a journey to be healthy, free of addictions, to view food and life appropriately and thus, naturally the result will be a thinner and fitter me...and thats who we all want to be. Healthy spiritually, physically & mentally!
