Theo quy định mới, nhiều cơ quan đã bắt đầu áp dụng hình thức chứng thực điện tử khi tiếp nhận hồ sơ Giấy phép lao động (GPLĐ) cho người nước ngoài.

👉 Chứng thực điện tử là việc xác nhận tính hợp pháp của tài liệu qua hệ thống có chữ ký số, thay cho bản sao chứng thực giấy truyền thống.

Hiện tại, Sở Nội vụ Hà Nội và Ninh Bình đã yêu cầu hồ sơ Giấy phép lao động (GPLĐ) phải có chứng thực điện tử đối với một số giấy tờ.

The Temporary Residence Card (TRC) is an important document that allows foreigners to live and work legally in Vietnam. However, if you violate labor or immigration regulations, your TRC may be terminated or revoked at any time. Below are the 10 most common cases you should be aware of 👇

COMPANY NOT ENGAGED IN BUSINESS ACTIVITIES – CAN IT APPLY FOR A WORK PERMIT FOR FOREIGNERS?

Many businesses wonder: "My company is not yet engaged in actual business activities, so can it sponsor an application for a work permit for a foreigner?"
👉 The answer is NO according to current legal regulations!
According to the Enterprise Law and the Investment Law, only legally operating businesses with clear legal status are eligible to sponsor applications for work permits for foreign workers.
🔍 Specifically, eligible sponsoring organizations include:
Businesses operating under the Enterprise Law or the Investment Law;
Contractors participating in projects and bidding in Vietnam;
Representative offices and branches of foreign companies licensed to operate;
Agencies and organizations licensed to operate legally in Vietnam;
Foreign non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, public service organizations, international organizations;
Cooperatives and individual business households licensed to conduct business.

URGENT ANNOUCEMENT:

Currently, the whole country is lacking new driver's license blanks, so the issuance of driver's license will be slower than expected, around October 2025, for foreigners. The conversion is still carried out normally. We accept conversion of foreign licenses - to Vietnamese driver's licenses. It takes 5-7 days for new license information to be available on Vneid or the website of the Hanoi City Police. Note: The original hard copy of the license is not available yet, so you have to wait until October 2025. The original license will be sent to your home.

Note: In case you have an appointment letter and have converted your license to the Hanoi City Police, you are still allowed to use the vehicle to circulate. It is still legal. The police officer told you that you can give the certificate to the police to check the website of the department and provide information about the old license so that they can see that you are renewing. In case the police ask and make it difficult for you, you can call the following hotline?
