Saturday Accountability:

Lost 2.01% Body weight in the past week. Hit every KPI that I had set for each day..... I am setting my February goals today!!! ! Shout out to Alec Cheplak and Ant Anchrum for motivating!!!

Averaging 54 at 57...... I was a weekly average of 75 on Sept 1.Keep on winning each day!!!

Go take that Walk!!!!!! Where is your favorite trail?

Researchers in the UK took a group of active people who exercised at least three hours a week. They asked the group to be as sedentary as possible and wear activity trackers to ensure they didn’t cheat.

After two weeks, the active people who were forced to be sedentary:

☑️Had higher rates of anxiety

☑️Experienced more fatigue

☑️Were more angry and hostile to others

☑️Showed increased inflammatory response to stress

The takeaway: Feeling restless, irritable, and discontent? Take a walk.

Friday (12/8) Check in: Hit a plateau early in the week and that was a bit frustrating...... But rallied late in the week for a 3.5 lb loss for the week. Counting calories and getting my fitness right!!! Total loss: -36 since 9/1/23
