It can be quite difficult to explain the power of Reiki and its effects. It is so true that the best way to understand it is to experience it. The length of a session varies but generally lasts around an hour. It involves the Reiki Practitioner placing their hands gently over the body, there is no massage involved. Most peoples lives are so busy now, taking time to try to bring a sense of balance and calm is so important yet so often overlooked.Reiki has had a really positive impact on my own health and well-being and my hope is it can do the same for you.

🎉 This week marks 9 years since I opened the doors to my Reiki practice, and what a journey it’s been..
Over nearly a decade I’ve had the honour of holding space for so many people through healing, transformation, quiet moments of deep relaxation and reconnection.
To each person who has trusted me along the way, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

You’ve helped shape Nurturing Holistics into more than just a practice, it’s a sanctuary and a community we’ve built.. As I reflect on this milestone, I’m filled with gratitude and excitement for what’s still to come.

Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or you’ve been feeling called to trying Reiki for the first time, I would love to welcome you.. 🙏
