Today, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news—I’ve officially passed the CSCS exam and am now a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)!
This certification has been a major goal of mine, and it feels incredible to see all the studying, late nights, and dedication pay off. The CSCS credential is one of the most respected in the strength and conditioning field, and it represents not only a deep understanding of performance training, but also a commitment to applying evidence-based practices to help athletes and clients reach their peak potential.
As someone who’s lived and breathed fitness—whether as an athlete, a coach, or a student of the science—this milestone means so much to me. It’s another step forward in my mission to guide others through effective training, smart recovery, and long-term performance and health strategies.
Whether you’re a fellow coach, athlete, busy parent, or someone just starting their fitness journey, I’m here to help you build strength from the inside out—with purpose, precision, and passion.
