Energy Equinox Our passion is to help people learn how to quiet the mind, improve professional and athletic performance, achieve optimal health, and find true forgiveness.

We are here to help you bring life back into balance. We have over 15 years experience teaching meditation, qigong, Reiki, breathwork, and Radical Forgiveness. We have taught holistic healing techniques to the general public, university staff and faculty, public defense attorneys, and police officers. Our practice locations include Atlanta, Asheville, Boone, and Charlotte. In 1998, our founder received a coaching certification in Radical Forgiveness and began practicing qigong meditation. By 2010, she received her qigong instructor certification and Shinpiden-level Reiki certification, became a lifetime member of the National Qigong Association, and opened Energy Equinox. By 2020, she grew Meetup groups into thousands of members, helped hundreds of people in private sessions, and taught at numerous locations throughout the southeast.

Our Story

We have over 15 years experience teaching meditation, qigong, Reiki, breathwork, and Radical Forgiveness. We have taught holistic healing techniques to the general public, university staff and faculty, public defense attorneys, and police officers. Our practice locations include Atlanta, Asheville, Boone, and Charlotte.
