Today, on the 66th birthday of our beloved Sir, Mr. Laxmichand Gala, we honor the journey of a pioneer whose work has shaped medical device innovation in India for over four decades.

In 1983, he founded Delta Medical Appliances, beginning with physiotherapy and surgical units. By 1992, his focus turned to neonatal care, addressing critical gaps in newborn healthcare.
