The SBAACN was formed in 1984 to provide a forum for area critical care nurses. We are a not-for-profit service association dedicated to the welfare of people experiencing critical illness or injury. As a specialty group in this managed care environment, we are constantly challenged to provide our clients with a technologically proficient, high quality caring practice. South Bay Chapter is primarily directed to advancing the art and science of critical care nursing and promoting environments that facilitate comprehensive professional nursing practice.
