ROCKIN' RELIEF (for kidney stones)

Ingredients:
15 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
15 drops Wintergreen essential oil
15 drops Lemongrass essential oil
15 drops Lemon essential oil

Directions:
Combine in a 10mL roller bottle. Fill remainder with carrier oil. Apply over lower back & kidney area every 20 minutes.

NOTE: Avoid alcohol, sugars, refined foods & drink ample amounts of water. Add 3-4 drops of Lemon essential oil to EVERY glass of water you drink.

DERMATITIS/ECZEMA BLEND

10 drops Frankincense
10 drops Lavender
10 drops Cedarwood
10 drops Helichrysum
3 drops Lemongrass
4 drops Juniper Berry
5 drops Geranium

Add the above essential oils to 15mL glass bottle. Fill to top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Add a sprayer top. Shake & apply at least twice daily & as needed. Safe for adults & children!
