Today marks 14 years since my initial diagnosis with some diabetes and congestive heart failure. 14 long and exhausting years in survival mode. I'm tired and dealing with a gastroparesis flare today. But I know I'm fortunate to still be here and I'm mostly thankful for that. Cheers!
