Infrared red light therapy utilizes specific wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular processes for healing.
Infrared red light therapy can assist in improving joint pain/mobility AND supports tissue healing in a number of ways:

1. REDUCES INFLAMMATION
2. STIMULATES COLLAGEN PRODUCTION

MOVE WELL AND MOVE OFTEN TO AGE WELL!

STRENGTH TRAINING! It is VITAL lift weights and/or use resistance bands to maintain muscle power and strength. By doing so you will be able to perform everyday activities such as carrying groceries, climbing stairs, getting up and down off the floor, avoiding falls, maintaining overall balance and so much more!

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING! It is also VITAL to move your body through various flexibility exercises to order to maintain overall range of motion. This will also make various aspects of your everyday life much easier such as the ability to bend forward to tie your shoes, to turn to reach for items behind you, performing yardwork, and taking care of your household.
