Letting go to let in. 🌀
The past month has been a season of slowing down, deep self-reflection, and really listening to my intuition. I’ve been consciously working on creating a solid sense of inner safety to build lasting strength on top of it.
TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) out in nature has helped me release long-held tension, especially around my pelvic area. Each session leaves my body feeling softer, safer, and more grounded.
Another unexpected tool that’s shifted a lot is an app called . It blocks social media when I need to protect my nervous system most: mornings until 10am and evenings after 5pm. Not a collab, just something that’s really worked for me (and it’s customizable). The difference in my focus, workflow, and sleep has been incredible!
