🧊简单止血小技巧:
✔️ 头稍微往前
✔️ 用手指捏住鼻翼10分钟
✔️ 冷敷额头或鼻梁

❌千万别仰头!不然血会流进喉咙哦~

👃 Nosebleed ≠ Getting too excited after seeing someone attractive
Most of the time, it’s because the weather is too dry, you dig your nose too often, or your body is overheated 💥

🧊 Simple tips to stop a nosebleed:
✔️ Lean your head slightly forward
✔️ Pinch the soft part of your nose for 10 minutes
✔️ Apply a cold compress on your forehead or nose bridge

❌ Don’t tilt your head back! The blood might flow into your throat 😬
